The ULX40 UltraLite® Series Slider Suspension Axle System with composite spring-ride technology is a low maintenance choice for on-highway dry van and reefer fleets. This long-life suspension is backed by the industry’s first, and only, ten-year system warranty, and meets fleet demands for lower total cost of ownership.
ONE INTEGRATED SAF SYSTEM
The ULX40 UltraLite® Slider Suspension is one complete integrated mechanical system with composite springs and SAF drum or disc brakes. It is delivered as a completely assembled system for efficient installation at the OEM and engineered for optimum performance for fleets.
LIGHTWEIGHT FOR MORE PAYLOAD
The SAF composite spring system is over 100 pounds lighter than a steel spring system, providing less weight for increased payload or measurable fuel savings, and reduction of GHG emissions of up to 150 lbs. per year.
SIMPLE AND EASY MAINTENANCE
Fewer components—no shocks, no air springs, no dock lock devices required, and no height control valves—mean it’s easier to maintain. And, routine inspections are quick and easy.
